  Get downloadable ET1 and ET3 form and software - these can be completed using adobe v6 or above - a

claim or response can also be lodged on-line.  You should complete and send on-line forms at least two hours

before the expiry of a time limit as they go to a central server before being forwarded to the tribunal.

  Tribunal offices England - find the right office at which to lodge your claim (it can also be lodged online). The relevant postcode is the postcode of your normal place of work or, if you did not work for the employer, the postcode of the place where the incident complained of occurred.
