Park Chambers offers a local and effective mediation service. We deal with general commercial mediation, employment and workplace mediation as well as general civil mediation and family mediations. Our mediators can carry out mediations at your offices, or at your solicitor's offices (we can also arrange accommodation).

 

The costs of mediation are usually split between the parties - unless there is an agreement to the contrary. The most notable exception is with workplace mediations during employment. In these cases it is usual for the employer to pay the mediator's fees and costs.

 

Although mediations can sometimes be dealt with in a relatively short time; it is generally sensible to allow a full day for a mediation.  Obviously we can advise on each particular case. (Family cases, for example, are often dealt with in briefer sessions over a longer period - but need not necessarily be.)

If you would like to discuss your mediation requirements please contact us. (Because it is essential that the mediator remains neutral we will not be able to comment on the merits of any parties case or its strengths and weaknesses during any such discussions).
